He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry F. Mouse and Pearl Mouse (Meacham); and his brothers, Gene, Mark, Lester and Leslie Mouse.
He is survived by: his friend Kathie Hutson Smith; his wife Kathie; his stepsons, Brian Crawford of Oklahoma City and Cary Crawford (Rhonda) of Yukon; his stepgrandchildren, Brandon Crawford, Cody Crawford, Casey Crawford Holland and Paige Crawford; his stepgreat-granddaughter Adi Crawford; his sisters-in-law, Sheila Mouse, Janelle Mouse Jackson and Saundra Mouse; and his nephews, Greg Mouse, Bret Mouse, Boyd Mouse, Jace Mouse, Monte Mouse and Monte Kent.
