He is survived by: his children, Kerrie Melton (Monte) of Guthrie, Rob Urban and Julie Whittaker (Dennis) of Yukon; his grandchildren, Ryan Smith of Yukon and Kristen Todd (Michael) of Tahlequah; his great grandchildren, Blake Todd, Kyleigh Todd, Katya Smith and R. J. Smith; and his sister Carol Johnson (Dale) of Big Lake, MN. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
