He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Farnsworth and Helen Farnsworth (Chesterton); his brothers, Richard and Robert Farnsworth; his son Dean Farnsworth; and his grandson Kyle Farnsworth.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Joyce Williams; his sons, Walter Farnsworth and David Farnsworth; his granddaughter Tami Bradley (Charlie); his great grandchildren, Kendal and Riley; his grandson Dean Farnsworth Jr. (Madison); his great grandchildren, Kylee and Will; his granddaughter Lauren West; his great grandchildren, Zoey and Violet; his granddaughter Heather Lamont; and his siblings, Johnny Farnsworth and Laureta Johnson.
