He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Thomas Howard and Clovis Jean Howard (Sitton); his brother William Alfred Howard; and his daughter Shawnna Howard. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Foster (Chad) of Seminole, Zachary Howard of Oklahoma City and Wesley Howard (Lacey) of Oklahoma City; his grandchildren, Adrienne Foster, Benjamin Foster of Seminole and Shaylene Howard of Oklahoma City; and his siblings, Tom Howard (Janon) of Oklahoma City, Darrell Howard (Kathy) of Oklahoma City and Carol Crismon of Tulsa. He is also survived by niece, nephews and friends.
