He is survived by: his wife Helen Price of Bartlesville; his children, Scott of Edmond and Kim Clark (Rob) of Austin; his grandchildren, Hannah and Kendall; and his sisters-in-law, Gerry McFadden of Ponca City and Patsy Price of Calgary, AB.

Masks and social distancing will be required at the Memorial Service.
