He was predeceased by: his parents, Erastus Jones McIntosh and Rosanna Helen McIntosh (Lawson); and his siblings, Judith Carroll Culbertson, Jo Ann Barber and Billy Arnold McIntosh.
He is survived by: his wife Jettie McIntosh (Belew); his daughter Melissa McIntosh Landis (Brett); his grandchildren, Tristan Alexander Landis and Madison Melind Landis; and his brother Gary Lee McIntosh (Linda). He is also survived by seventeen nieces and nephews.
