With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janet Arlene Smith (Bethany, Oklahoma), who passed away on April 10, 2024 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her sister Debbie Linn. She is survived by: her mother Roberta Smith; her brother Jim Smith; her nephew Ben Crawford; and her nieces, Tawny Benson and Tosha Mittlestadt.
She often spoke of her gratitude for their help with appointments, chemotherapy treatments, deliveries, and much more, especially during COVID.
In lieu of flowers, Jan asked that donations be made to the following: SSM Health St. Anthony Foundation.
