He is survived by: his children, Connie Medlock, Donna (Gary Woodward), Jim (Vonnie Clark) and David (Valerie Clark); his sister Cathy Woytassek; and his grandchildren, Stephanie Cleveland, Stacey Valdez, Taylor Cleveland, Julie Hollingworth, Justin Wills, Robert Clark, Ryan Clark, Jarod Mason, Jeremy Pafford and Lynzee Smith. He is also survived by 18 great grandchildren.
