It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Iona Marie Neel of Bethany, Oklahoma, born in Manzanola, Colorado, who passed away on August 15, 2024, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Delmer Cochran and Frances Leona Cochran (Gill); her husband Arlie Neel; and her sister Violet Cochran Grossman. She is survived by: her sons, David Neel (Laura) of Fairmont, OK, Douglas Neel of Bethany, OK and Ryan Neel of Oklahoma City, OK; her sisters, Pansie Cochran Manners (James) of Warr Acres, OK and Ruby Cochran Pearson of Fowler, CO; her grandchildren, Juanita Walters, Wynter Neel, Baleigh Kelley, Lyric Neel, Justin Neel, Ryan Neel, Jr. (Abi), Liam Neel (Beth), Gloire Houmba, David Oyona and Saladine Ganda (Verona); and her great grandchildren, Greyson James and Kiara Moran.
