She is survived by: her husband Wayne K. Smith; her grandchildren, Jaime O'Steen, Amy Pelzl (Jon), James Novak, Elise, David Maness, Kari Dahlke (Eric), Keven Davis (Cari) and Cory Davis (Haley); her great grandchildren, Emma, Ethan, Dylan, Brooklynn, Addison, Dominick, Jaxon, Brennan, Haven and Hadly; her brother Larry Koch; and her sisters-in-law, Phyllis and Barbara Koch.
