He is survived by: his children, Ed Miller (Lori), John Miller (Becky), Bob Miller (Karen) and Mary Ann Mosshart (Rod); and his grandchildren, Shae Sallee Saint-Amour, Blake Miller, Quinn Miller, Heather Miller, Hannah Leffler, Kathryn McLaughlin, John Michael Miller, David Miller, Kelsey Miller, Lainey Wolnisty, Celeste Miller, Evan Mosshart, Braden Mosshart and Morgan Campbell. He is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
