He was predeceased by: his parents, John Hines and Opal Hines (Kitchens); his wife Adrienne Ann Adams; his children, Cheryle and Adam; his brother Larry; and his sister-in-law Vicki.
He is survived by: his sons, Kenneth (Kathy) of Norman and Brad of Canon City, Colorado.; his granddaughters, Stephanie Stevenson, Sarah Cowns and Sheryl Underhill; his siblings, Gerald Hines of Yukon, Janice Clark (Nick) of Oklahoma City and Anita Jo Stuckey (Lee) of Mustang; and his sister-in-law Viola of Clinton. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
