He is survived by: his wife Camille Clayton; his daughter Carol Lynn Kackley (Clark); his grandchildren, Kara Ann Parker (Kackley), Christopher Aaron Kackley, Jessica Lynn Kackley and Rebecca Danielle Kackley; and his siblings, Marvin Clark and Carolynn Stevenson (Clark).
