He was predeceased by: his parents, Garold David Hayes, Sr. and Margret Jean Irwin; and his brother Larry Joe Hayes, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Hayes; his sons, Roger Hayes and Larry Hayes (Beverly); his grandchildren, Rachael Ranjan and Joshua Hayes; and his sister Anne Phillips (Darwin). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
