He is survived by: his sons, Jessie and Frank Jr. (Baby); his grandchildren, Juliana Guadalupe Ortega, Carrie Mahler, Francisco Felix Grey and Sixto Ortega; and his siblings, Hilda Garcia (late Mike) of Carlsbad, NM, Eddie Ortega of Fort Worth, Texas, Elsie O. Massoth of Fort Worth, Texas and Gloria Navarrete (Mike) of Carlsbad, NM.. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren.
A burial will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the Carlsbad Cemetery (1506 Boyd Dr, Carlsbad, NM 88220).
