Frances M. Bailey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances M. Bailey (Bethany, Oklahoma), born in Fort Smith, Arkansas, who passed away on October 2, 2018 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Harry Bailey; her daughter Nancy Jo Self; her brother Bill Smith; her parents, Virginia and Howard Smith; and her stepfather Val Hall.
She is survived by: her siblings, Gerald Smith (Carlfeta) and Diana Kinzey; her daughters, Elizabeth Austin and Nora Kaven; her grandsons, Christopher Self, Les Mitchell (Melissa) and Geoff Kaven; and her great grandchildren, Taylor Self (Samantha), Connor Self, Kaleb Kaven, Kaelyn Kaven, Lucas Mitchell and Mia Mitchell. She is also survived by many friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, give donations to American Breast Cancer Society or Linwood United Methodist Church.
