With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Eileen Williams (Bethany, Oklahoma), who passed away on September 27, 2019 at the age of 93. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Omar Woodard and Mary Anne (Holick); her husband Glen; her son Donnie Ray Cox, Jr.; her stepdaughter Pat Elliott; and her siblings, Joe and Little Dottie Girl.

She is survived by: her daughters, Pam Stark (Steve) and Tiers Carr (Jim); and her stepson John Williams (Paula). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
