He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Boyd (Marshall) and Buford Boyd; and his brothers, Roger, Kenneth and Preston Boyd.
He is survived by: his wife Karen; his children, Bobby Boyd (Deana), Forest Boyd, Jr., Shauna Coppock (Shores) and Terese Cozad; his sister Linda Kay Butler (Ray); his grandchildren, Dustin, Brock, Monica, Chad, Shelby and Samantha; and his friends, Earl Cornish and Mary Graham.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Disabled American Veterans or the American Legion.
