She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Nathan and Stella Newlon; her husband Vern Penner of Corn, OK; her brothers, Bryan and David Newlon; her brother-in-law Jack Richardson; and her sons-in-law, Dave Hatch and Ron Walkup.
She is survived by: her siblings, Paul Newlon (Debbie) of Yukon, OK and Mary Richardson; her daughters, Sheryl Deann Hatch of Toronto, KS, Karen Carr (Terry) of Ankeny, IA and Vonda Walkup of Warr Acres, OK; her grandchildren, Katie Boutwell (Brian), Michele Walker, Jacob Walkup (Danni), Mary Walkup, Hannah Carr, Austin Carr and Joseph Carr; and her great grandchildren, Matthew and Isaac Boutwell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
