We are sad to announce that on November 26, 2018, at the age of 86, Elsby Rhea (Bethany, Oklahoma), born in Austin, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Robert Cecil Rhea, Jr.; her parent Gladys M. Allen; and her siblings, Marie Morris, Herman Allen, Thomas Allen and Archie Allen.
She is survived by: her parent James R. Allen; her daughters, Karen Litteral of Oklahoma City, Gail Maucere of Norman and Barbara Spates of Norman; her grandsons, Brian Litteral, Adam Anderson, Craig Maucere, Kyle Anderson and Robert Maucere; and her sister Bessie Collins of Midland, TX.
