He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Farley and Jessie Farley; his wife Joy Ann; and his sisters, Zelpha Dean Farley and Brenda Erana Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Debbie; his son-in-law Craig; his grandchildren, Heather (David) and Heath (Liz); his great grandchildren, Kooper, Asher, Holt, Avery, Addie Ann, Madison and Swayze; and his brother Joe L. Farley Jr. (Judy). He is also survived by two nephews and two nieces.
