She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Kuchar and Mary Kuchar; her spouse Thomas C. Lewis; and her siblings, Mary Jablonski, Ann Kuchar, Margaret Sundy, Joseph Kuchar, Michael Kuhar, Pauline Winne and Theresa Slencsak.
She is survived by: her children, Cheryl Ann Ridener, Darlene Marie Hayes, Cynthia Carroll Donaldson (John) and Thomas Craig Lewis (Kristina); her grandchildren, Russell Carl Ridener II (Lauren), Michael Brandon Ridener (Lynn), Madison Taylor Emerson (Alex), Lauren Donaldson Foster (Evan), Jillian Kathleen Bundrick (Nelson), Meredith Elaine Donaldson (Luke Atkinson), Thomas Brandon Lewis (Mary Kate) and Joshua Craig Lewis (McKenzie); and her great grandchildren, Peyton Ridener, Skylar Ridener, Camdyn Ridener, Erin Ridener, Tyler Emerson, Savannah Lewis, HaiLee Lewis, Ryker Lewis and Ford Foster.
