It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Parker Holder (Bethany, Oklahoma), born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on December 17, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Jay Holder and Louise Holder; his sons, Timothy David (Susan) and Mark Andrew (Amena); his wife Helen; his granddaughters, Rachel, Jill, Bella and Mariska; his brother Bob (Carolyn); his brother-in-law Roy Anglin (Terri); his aunts, Pat Bowles and Heather (Parker); and his nieces, Jennifer, Emily, Lacie and Katelyn.
