She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parent Charles R. Carter; her significant other Gizmo; her mother Jackie Carter; her children, Jason Scott Parker and Jillian Paige Parker; her grandchildren, Bristi Dawn Parker and Riley Jai Parker; and her siblings, Dianna McCaulla, Sandra Blalack and Charles R. "Rob" Carter, Jr.. She was also cherished by several nieces, nephews and friends.
