He is survived by: his children, Christopher Niceley of Modesto, California and Mary Ann Garvin of Modesto, California; his stepsons, Richard Eugene Wright of Yukon, James Earl Wright of Yukon and Christopher Daughtery of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jessica Garner of Oklahoma City and James Earlie Wright of Yukon, Oklahoma; and his friends, Coy and Gladys Rowe of Chouteau, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous cousins, extended family and friends.
