He was predeceased by: his former wife Jacqué Rowley. He is survived by: his parents, William H. Fox and Ruth I. Fox (Schulze); his children, Chad Hoyt (Trish), Elzabeth Esseltine (John Scholten), Amanda Reeves (Kevin) and William Fox (Jamie); his grandchildren, Courtney and Cody Hoyt; his siblings, Becky (Alan Teacutter), Mike (Debbie Fox) and Mark Fox (Aimee Ashlock); his former wives, Kathy Hoyt and Rita Fox; his pet Mesha; his daughter Elizabeth; his pet Jackson; and also Miles. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, Billy requests that donations be made to K9s for Warriors or Dale K. Graham Veterans Foundation.
