He is survived by: his wife Mary Dow Feland (Redding); and his children, Sheila Wesley (Dale) of Clovis, NM, Karen Lawrence (Bruce) of Hutchinson, KS, Bill Feland, Jr. (Connie) of Yukon, OK and Stephen Feland (Anita) of Yukon, OK. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and their spouses, and 10 great-grandchildren.
