He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ivan Riggins and Vergie Mae Riggins (Tucker); his former wife Sue Crager; and his wife Cora Jane Bohannon. He was also cherished by his children, daughters-in-law, grandchildren, and great-granddaughter.
