It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Avonelle Marie McHenry (Bethany, Oklahoma), born in New Boston, Texas, who passed away on August 14, 2019, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Artie B. Pace and Vida Marie Pace; her siblings, Artie B. Pace Jr, Hiram Jones Pace, Little Thomas Pace, Cornelia Suenram, Nina Clarice Monroe and Billie Doris Mitchell; her brothers-in-law, Bill Leeper, Guy Keyser, Les Suenram, J. P. McAlexendar, Porter Monroe, Leo Mitchell, William Stacy and Harold Stephens II; her husband George B. McHenry Sr.; and her son George B. McHenry, Jr..
She is survived by: her sisters, Mary Helen McAlexander of Dallas, Ouida Frances Stacy of Starke and Clara Louise Stephens of Bethany, Oklahoma; her daughter Rebecca Smith (Jim) of Lago Vista, Texas; her daughter-in-law Carolyn McHenry of Pueblo, Colorado; and also, G. B. McHenry (Ashley) of Pueblo West, Dustin Robinson (Anna) of Washington, D. C., Beau Robinson (Namiraa) of Washington and Max Robinson (Amanda) of Austin, Texas. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
