She is survived by: her mother Akeia Carruthers; her stepfather Demetric Carruthers; her siblings, Daniel Gene Mayfield, Nathaniel Tyree Mayfield, Ameia Sampson and Janell Carruthers; and her grandparents, Pamela Robersan, Elmer Gene Mayfield and Margret Brannon. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and a host of friends.
