He was predeceased by: his wife Donna L. Rusinek; his parents, Alex Rusinek and Bernice Rusinek; and his siblings, Sandy Curtis and Al Rusinek.
He is survived by: his children, Tommie Jo Gale of Woodward, OK, Allison Looney (Billy) of Yukon, OK and Derek Rusinek (Heidi) of Luther, OK.; and his siblings, Andrew Rusinek, Richard Rusinek, Gerry Kurkie and Kathy Cruez. He is also survived by one of 7 siblings, 3 brothers and 3 sisters.
