It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Alice Helton of Bethany, Oklahoma, born in Poteau, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 26, 2020, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommy Dan Irvin and Viola Lee Irvin (Davidson); her husband J. R. Helton; and her sons, Stephen Dale Helton and Michael Dean Helton.

She is survived by: her grandchild Bingo; and her children, Patricia Blalack (Donald) of Bethany, OK, Morris Helton (Kris) of Yukon, OK, Bertha Pauline Tooman of Bethany, OK and Margaret Mellendorf (Jack) of Oklahoma City, OK.. She is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 40 great-grandchildren, and four great-great-grandchildren.
