She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Humphreys and Lydia Humphreys (Potts); her former husband Earl Karnes; her husband Don Fitz; her daughter Karen; and her siblings, Phyllis Schultz, Bill and Richard Humphreys.
She is survived by: her son Greg Karnes; her stepdaughter Donna Owen; her children, Cori Henderson, Ty, Kit and Aowl Owen; her nieces and nephews, Gary, Terry Humphreys, Chris, Howard Purcell, Howard "Buck" Karnes, Jill Humphreys, Jona Prince, LeAnne Cooley and Kerri Radcliff; and also Susan Enloe.
