He was predeceased by: his parents, Adolf Radke and Mary Radke (Jalenak); his son Mark; and his brothers, Roy and Julius.

He is survived by: his daughter Donna Allen (Ashton); his grandchildren, Chayse Garrison (Mikayla), Cassidy Hector (Derrick), Clayton Garrison (Shayney), Megan Allen and Madison Allen; and his great grandchildren, Peyton, Avery Hector, Blakeleigh, Khaleesi, Everlea, Stella Garrison and Virgie Shaffer. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
