It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard L. Weaver of Bernice, Oklahoma, born in Tulsa, Oklahoma, who passed away on March 23, 2024, at the age of 69, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Stanley; his son William'Jesse'Weaver; and his siblings, Carol, Judy and Gary.
He is survived by: his stepfather Lawrence Weaver; his wife Peggy (Roberts); his pet Boo; his children, Waylon Weaver (Toccara) of Claremore, Oklahoma, Wesley Weaver (Kari House) of Claremore, Oklahoma, Rita Avera of Afton, Neva Avera (Brent Barbee) of Foyil, Levi Avera (Jenny) of Haskell and Anna Roberts (Dan Duckwall) of Claremore, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, McKaylon, McKenzie, Wyatt, Dallas, Seth and Jessica; his great grandchildren, Rozlynn and Riggin; and his sisters, Barbara Smith (David) of Lumberton and Janice Rowe of Claremore, Oklahoma. He is also survived by his family and many friends.
