He was predeceased by: his wife Lorene Raines (Newman); his parents, Archie Willard and Bertha Mae Raines (Stowe); his siblings, Edna Mae Blankenship (Revo), LaVerne Phillips (Bob) of Alton Wallace, Letha Kinsey (Winfred) and Wanda Lee (Roger); and his nieces and nephews, Baby Phillips, Carl Wayne Phillips, Billy Blankenship, Brenda Raines Baca, David Raines, Dean Raines, Lana Lee, Steve Martin, Sammy D. Phillips, Billy Joe Cross, Phillip Garvin, Paula Simpkins, Arleen Carlton, Jus Alton Crain, Lee Davis Crain, Robert Phillips, Joey Baca, Frankie Baca, Larry David Raines, Gary Armor, Hali Lambert, Joe Holland, Bethany Harris, Elise Carlton, Ben Cross, Derek Hays and Tristan Jones.
He is survived by: his children, Charles Paul Raines and Candace "Candy" Hludzinski; and his grandsons, Cameron Nabors (Veronica) and Joshua Nabors. He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
