He is survived by: his wife Charlotte James of Bennington; his children, Tommie James of Boswell and Richard Scott James (Allison) of Billings, Montana.; his grandchildren, Mattie Tonubbee (Zach) of Bennington, David James of Hardin, Abby James, Austin James, Matthew James of Billings and Tia Jefferson (Leland) of Wister; his great grandchildren, Miles Tonubbee and Jack Tonubbee; and his siblings, Benny James and Mickie Duncan.
