It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ellen Lorene Thompson of Bennington, Oklahoma, who passed away on June 29, 2023, at the age of 105, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Brackett and Ora Brackett (Sparks); her spouse Chastain Thompson; her siblings, Delbert of Eugene, C. R., Wayne, Dan, Berthie and Lillie May; and her daughter-in-law Joyce Thompson.
She is survived by: her sons, Orval Thompson of Bennington, Randell Thompson (Linda) of Bennington, Kenneth Thompson of Bokchito, David Thompson (Maxine) of Lancaster and Richard Thompson (Georgia) of Bennington; her siblings-in-law, Cleta Brackett Walker of Durant, Barbara Brackett of Bennington and Hoil Thompson; and her grandchildren, Rick Thompson, Chris Thompson, Joe Thompson (Sheila), Toni Reynolds (Mitch), Gary Thompson, Russell Thompson (Paula), Bradley Thompson (Barbara), Stephen Thompson (Crystal), Marcus Thompson, Keith Thompson (Louann), Karl Thompson, Kelly Thompson (Jennifer), Kimberly Thompson, Audra Vandiver (Bill) and Darrell Thompson.
