She was predeceased by: her parents, Watson Burden and Elsie Lenora Burden (Parker); her husband Kenneth Gilbert; her siblings, Elizabeth Shannon, Bill Burden and Andrew Burden; and her son Jack Gilbert.
She is survived by: her children, Don Gilbert (Misty) of Bennington, Oklahoma and Pam Cox (Tom) of Collinsville, Texas; her sisters, Lavon Shannon of Gainesville and Linda Bailey of Durant, Oklahoma; her grandchildren, Karla Johnston (Cameron) of Collinsville, Pamela Gilbert of Bennington, T. L. Cox (Melissa) of Jenks and Kenneth Gilbert of Bennington, Oklahoma; and her great grandchildren, Gavin Cox, Abigail Johnston, Gracie Johnston, Landon Cox and Hudson Cox. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
