As Bobby departs from our midst, his spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Bobby. Though Bobby may no longer walk beside us, his legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Lewis Virgil and Mary Mae Hampton (Dodd); his former wife Mary Joyce Hampton; and his son Lewis Hampton. He is survived by: his daughters, Janet Hampton of Calera, Laquita "Totsie" Hampton of Durant and Sharla Curtis of Bennington, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Melissa Langston of Ardmore, Tammy Tharp of Denison and Fleetie Bray of Calera, Oklahoma; his wife Fleeta Joyce Mairs of Kenefic, Oklahoma; and his siblings, Gene Hampton of Calera, Oklahoma and Linda Joy McWilliams of Bennington, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, step grandchildren, nieces, nephews as well as other extended family and friends.
