He is survived by: his parents, Franklin Choate of Bennington and Mary Sieger (Polk) of Marietta, Oklahoma; his siblings, Lavonne (Dennis Reichert) of Leonard, Texas, Chris Choate of Bennington, James Hall (Amy) of San Antonio, Texas and Keenan Billy (Silvia) of Marietta, Oklahoma; his stepchildren, Chinah (Jenni Dawson), Destiny and John; his nieces and nephews, Nashoba Choate (Amber) of Ardmore, Travis Choate of Fort Worth, Jamien Hall of San Antonio, Texas, Toni (Landon Dixon) and Joy Hall of San Antonio, Texas; his great-nieces, Tatum, Keigan and Oaklyn Choate of Ardmore, Oklahoma; his uncles, Dillard Polk, Willard Polk (Sharon) of Bennington and Melvin Choate of Yuma, Arizona; and his aunt Ruth Morgan (Carol) of Sherman, Texas.
A funeral service was held on Friday, February 7th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Brown's Funeral Chapel (4900 W Hwy 70, Durant, OK 74701).
