He is survived by: his wife Paula; his sons, James (Amy) of Okmulgee and Michael (Tasha Byers) of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Morgan, Andrew, Melissa, William and Jason; and his brother Jimmy (Hue) of Midwest City, Oklahoma. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, family and friends.
