She was predeceased by: her parents, John Thomas Patrick and Ora Lee Patrick (Ellis); her husband Adolph Sr.; her son Dennis Clayton; and her grandson Andre Gilliam.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy L. Patrick (Paula) of Beggs, Adolph M. Clayton Jr. (Connie) of Tulsa, Valerie L. Raines of Tulsa and Amy D. Clayton of Delaware; and her sisters, Velma Bagby of Okmulgee, Irene Crenshaw of Dallas, Yvonne Sanders of Tulsa, Wilma Yarbrough of Tulsa and Geneva Hanson of Okmulgee. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and great grand children and a very large family and friends.
