He is survived by: his spouse Donetta Kemper; his daughter Felicia Wittman; his grandchildren, Tyler Fisher, Chloe Wittman, Nicholas Wittman and Sister Theresa Boes; and his brother Morris Kemper. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
