She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Shelton and Ora Shelton (Hereden); her husband Jack Webster Swearingen; her parents-in-law, Charlie Scott and Cora Scott; her brothers, Paul and Marvin Shelton; her siblings-in-law, Francis (Buddy), L. A., Frank Swearingen, Kay Davis and Sandy Swearingen; and her nephew Steve Davis.
She is survived by: her children, Shari Simpson (Leonard) of Morris and Bruce Swearingen (Cindy) of Beggs; her grandchildren, Dale Simpson (Kristin) of Bentonville, Amber Simpson of Morris, Trey Simpson of Norman, Kaitlin Rouk (Jay) of Beggs, Kassidy Burden (Ace) of Weleetka, Shiann Swearingen and Derek Soles of Mannford; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Hudson Simpson, Hailey, Cooper Rouk and Kord Burden; her nieces, Julie Davis Carr (David) of Corpus Christi, Trish Story (Larry) of Beggs and Peggy Steele (Kendall) of Mason; and her nephew Scott Davis (Terri) of Beggs.
