He is survived by: his parents, Dan Smith and Sharon Smith (Ward) of Beggs; his sister Cathy Lynn Smith of Beggs; his children, Waylon Smith of Muskogee and Justin Smith of Tulsa; his grandson Daniel Smith of Muskogee; and his son Tony Smith of Broken Arrow. He is also survived by her five children.
