She was predeceased by: her husband Nathaniel "Mike" Thompson Sr.; her parents, Aras Nash and Emma Nash; her siblings, Lorene Brown, Mamie Galloway-Whitherspoon, Rosetta Richard, Helen Tyson, Joseph "Joe" Nash, Aras "Jubie" Nash Jr. and Riley Nash; her children, Nathaniel "Floyd" Thompson Jr., Maxine Henderson and Sandra Laster; her grandchildren, Nathaniel "Bo" Colbert, Marcus Barnett and Antonia Jones; and her great grandchildren, Kanisha Jackson and Tamia Barnett.
She is survived by: her children, Lois Nash (Hewlett), Helen "Joan" Colbert, Rosa Perry (Chester), Sharon "Kaye" Barnett (Larry), Renee Benson, Ernie Thompson (Charla) and Gary Thompson. She is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins; and countless beloved friends.
