She is survived by: her siblings, Tony Michael Horn (Fawn), Dale DeWayne Horn (Nina), Shirley Mudget (Brad) and Sandra Rice (Mike); her siblings-in-law, Bob Martin (Mary) and Shirley (Johnny); her sons, Micheal Dean Chambers (Sarah) of Cedar Hills and Dustin DeWayne Chambers (Stacey) of Van Buren, Arkansas.; her grandchildren, Kaylee Nicole Boysen, Tatum Justine Christner, Rylee Sky Chambers, Ariana Grace Chambers, Davis Matthew Chambers, Catherine Miriam Boulter and Laura Caroline Case; and also, Max (Joy Chambers), Nadine (George Tatyrek), Leona (David Harrison) and Naomi (Jim Smeltser).
