He is survived by: his wife Lorene; his sons, Casey (Michele) and Joey; his grandchildren, Victoria, Anthony, Tiffany, Chris, Samantha, Joseph and Jamie; his great grandchildren, Theron, Hailey and Jason; and his nieces and nephews, Terry, Tracey, Justin, Timothy, Kevin, Janice, Christy and Tammy.
