He is survived by: his wife Carol Ann Berryhill; his sons, Jackie Pendergrass, Jr., Steve Pendergrass (Tara) of Mounds and Mark Pendergrass (Brian OnTheHill) of Beggs; his daughter-in-law Kim of Beggs; his grandchildren, Cody, Christian, Garrett, Dusty, Jesse and Abeni; his great grandchildren, Bo, Maison, Briston and S. J.; his siblings, Curtis, David, Tim (Viv), Gary, Kay Ramsey and Patricia Carner; his sister-in-law Karen; and his close friend Jonny Hood. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
